Consulting with a master embroiderer

Bruce Andrew is an internationally acclaimed designer of furniture and decorative accents, known for creating timeless luxury collections that unite historical craftsmanship with the refinement of modern sophistication. His work is distinguished by an extraordinary layering of materials, artistry, and narrative — where bespoke furnishings, luminous rugs, sculptural lighting, and rare decorative mediums are intertwined to create interiors of enduring elegance and emotional resonance.

Drawing inspiration from the Renaissance to modernist ideals, Andrew seamlessly merges vintage influence with contemporary elegance. The result is a collection of furnishings and decorative objects that feel like jewelry for the interior — creations that anchor aspirational residences with grace, grandeur, and timeless sophistication.

Featured in distinguished design publications and known throughout the luxury interiors community, Andrew is revered for his ability to serve as a concierge to extraordinary artisans and one-of-a-kind craftsmanship across the globe. Through these deeply collaborative relationships, he facilitates interiors layered with artistry, individuality, and impeccable refinement — spaces that feel curated

over generations.

Every piece embodies both poetry and purpose. Meticulously crafted to reflect the aspirations, lifestyle, and sensibility of the client, his designs bring emotional depth and visual distinction into the home while preserving an atmosphere of warmth, intimacy, and soul.

A NETWORK OF ARTISANS

A NETWORK OF ARTISANS

Each project is guided by collaboration with discerning interior designers, architects, and private clients who seek individuality, craftsmanship, and exceptional detail. Inspiration may emerge from the romantic textiles of Schumacher, the sophistication of Pierre Frey, or the elegance of Donghia. Materials may range from richly figured woods, ebony finishes, marquetry, parchment, lacquer, bronze, stone, or rare artisan materials sourced from around the world. The result is always an environment that feels curated rather than decorated — refined, timeless, and emotionally resonant.

Krissa Rossbund, editor-in-chief at

Traditional Home Magazine, has been a dedicated advocate for Bruce Andrew’s work and his commitment to inspiring other designers to engage with the global community for interior sourcing inspiration and finished artisinal goods. In 2025, she traveled to South Africa with him and nine other designers over the course of 10 days where they met with dozens of artists, potters, and craftspeople of various disciplines.

Rossbund attributes much of the trip’s success due to the access they had to many of these artists they would not have had otherwise. She wrote of her experience in an eight page feature article in Traditional Home’s summer 2026 issue detailing what she and other creatives gained from their journey thogether. She continues to be a supporter of building a global atelier that she hopes will only grow and facilitate the designers that benefit from it.
